1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Nwadiuto Studio website and the services made available through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Using the website
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting the studio. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity.
3. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, materials, measurements and details accurately. Screens and photography may cause slight differences in appearance. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or withdraw a product when necessary.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and applicable fees are presented before payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and an order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully verified.
5. Orders
After an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement or confirmation using the details supplied at checkout. We may cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, information appears incorrect or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund process will be started.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees. Delays can occur because of courier operations, location, customs, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address.
7. Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns. Exchanges may be approved only where an outfit has a fundamental issue or does not fit correctly. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the outfit must not have been altered. Please contact the studio with your order reference and details before sending any item back. This policy does not affect any rights provided under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The website, brand name, designs, photographs, videos, writing, graphics and other content belong to Nwadiuto Studio or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission.
9. Reviews, comments and submissions
Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and respectful. Do not submit links, malicious code, confidential information belonging to another person or content that infringes another person's rights. We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these rules.
10. Liability
We provide the website with reasonable care but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nwadiuto Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
